Lydia is an HR professional with over 15years in both superior administrative and human resources management at Takoradi International Company (TICO). She is well-versed in strategic recruitment and sourcing for staffing, training and development, compensation and benefit planning, personnel records management and possess a strong sense of ethics and respect for confidentiality.
She is committed to ensuring effective and timely delivery of HR/Admin services through the developing and implementing best-fit HR systems and resolving grievances or other issues through ADR.
Lydia holds an LLB, Bachelor of Management Studies and MBA in Human Resource from the University of Cape Coast. She is currently pursuing her Professional Law Course at the Ghana School of Law.
